INGREDIENTS: Green tea, Cardamom, Ginger, Black White Pepper, Cinnamon, Clove, Nutmeg, Natural Flavour
CAFFEINE LEVEL: LOW ANTI-OXIDANT LEVEL: VERY HIGH
Hot Tea: Use 1/2 tsp. (1g) per 8oz (225ml) serving. Add 1/2 tsp (1g) to base of cup and add 2 oz of hot water and mix vigorously to make a smooth paste-like liquid. Top with freshly steamed mild (or substitute- maple syrup or honey) and sweeten to taste.
Iced Tea: 8oz/225ml serving into cup add 1/2 tsp of matcha and 2oz. of hot water. Mix vigorously to make a smooth paste. Top with freshly steamed milk and sweeten to taste. Cool for 30-60 mins. Pour over ice.
