Hot tea:Put 1 teaspoon of loose tea for each 7-9 oz/200-260 ml of water in the teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over tea. Steep for 3-7 minutes. Sweeten with milk or sugar to taste.
Cold Brew Iced Tea: To make 1L/1QT, Add 6 slightly heaping teaspoons to an infuser. Before putting infuser in pitcher, fill pitcher to the top with cold water.
