Hario Mizudashi Cold Brew Pot

Elegant glass cold brew pot!

In Japanese, Mizudashi means "water soup". Not the most elegant name for this sleek looking cold brewer. Although sold as a coffee cold brew pot, we've been using it for to make deliciously refreshing iced teas.

Add up to 6 teaspoons of your favourite loose leaf tea to the filter, fill with cold water, and leave it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. The result? Cold, smooth and sweet tea. One taste, and you'll be as hooked as we are.

Our favourites so far? Strawberry Fields (green tea), and Mango Tango (black tea) sweetened with apple juice. Hello summer!

*Made in Japan

Cold brewed Iced Tea Benefits
Since there is no hot water involved, tannins are not released,(tannins are released in hot water making the tea bitter if over-steeped), resulting in a long, cool brewed sweet tea with loads of flavour and a higher level of antioxidants!
