Treat yourself to a creamy concoction that will warm you from the inside out.

Turmeric Latte/Golden Milk: add 1 tsp of Turmeric Powder, 1/4 cup of hot water, 16oz of milk of your choice and 2 pitted dates for sweetness. Blend until fully blended and frothy. 

    • Hot Tea: Use 1/2 tsp. (1g) per 8oz (225ml) serving. Add 1/2 tsp (1g) to base of cup and add 2 oz of hot water and whisk vigorously to make a smooth paste-like liquid. Top with freshly steamed milk (or substitute- ) and sweeten to taste with maple syrup, honey or agave. 

      Iced Tea: 8oz/225ml serving into cup add 1/2 tsp of matcha and 2oz. of hot water. Mix vigorously to make a smooth paste. Top with freshly steamed milk and sweeten to taste. Cool for 30-60 mins. Pour over ice.
