Fruity ripe berry notes balanced with mild lavender of this lovely caffeine-free Rooibos will calm every nerve. 

Cup characteristics: fruity and sweet floral notes create synergy with the burgundy rooibos. The lavender provides a sweet floral finish.

This Rooibos blend makes an amazing warm Lavender Latte sweetened with our Wild Blueberry Cane Sugar!

Directions:

  • Make a tea concentrate by adding 2 tsps of rooibos blend to an in-cup infuser and add hot water to the halfway mark of the cup. 
  • while the blend steeps add milk (whole, skim, soy, ...) to our Hario Milk Frother and shake until it has doubled in volume and has a good amount of froth (30-60 seconds)
  • Microwave the frothed milk for about 30 seconds in the microwave until warm. 
  • Once the tea has steeped, remove the infuser and pour in milk, while holding back the froth with a spoon. 
  • Add froth to finished cup and sprinkle top with Mashup Tea's Wild Blueberry Cane Sugar to sweeten to taste! 
  • Now sit back and enjoy!

 

  • Hot tea: Put 2 teaspoons of herb and fruit blend for each 7-9 oz/200-260 ml of water in the teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over tea. Steep for 3-7 minutes. Sweeten with milk and/or sugar as needed. Lemon and mint are not recommended for this blend. 
  • Flash Chilled Iced Tea: To make 1 L/1 QT, put 6 slightly heaping teaspoons of herb & fruit blend into a teapot. Pour 6-7oz/170-200ml of boiling water over tea. For best results use our Takeya Flash-Chill Iced Tea Maker
  • Cold Brew Iced Tea: To make 1L/1QT, Add 9 slightly heaping teaspoons to an infuser. Before putting infuser in pitcher, fill pitcher to the top with cold water. Add infuser into pitcher and put in refrigerator for 6-8 hrs or overnight. Infuser can be left in pitcher to release additional antioxidants as cold water brewing will not more tea bitter.
