  • Lemongrass: great for calming the nerves, and supporting the bodies natural detox systems by increasing the void of toxins from the body. 
  • Turmeric (Latin: Curcuma longa), long prized by Indian Ayurvedic practitioners and regarded as an effective natural antidotes to stiff, sore joints. Also evidence is mounting that it has properties that are great for healthy, glowing skin. 
  • Ginger: Supports good  digestion, anti-inflammation and has abundant antioxidants. 
  • Fennel: helpful for indigestion, bloating and indigestion. 
  • Black Pepper: helps to increase the bio-availability of turmeric (curcumin) to the body. 
  •  Great hot or over ice!
  • Hot tea: Put 1 teaspoon of loose tea for each 7-9 oz/200-260 ml of water in the teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over tea. 
    • 3-7 minute steep; milk, sugar, lemon, mint not recommended. (the longer the steeping time, the better the flavour of this herbal blend)
    • Garnish and sweeten to taste.

  • Cold Brew Iced Tea: To make 1L/1QT, Add 6 slightly heaping teaspoons to an infuser. Before putting infuser in pitcher, fill pitcher to the top with cold water. Add infuser into pitcher and put in refrigerator for 6-8 hrs or overnight. Infuser can be left in pitcher to release additional antioxidants as cold water brewing. Use our Mizudashi Cold Brewer or Takeya Iced Tea Brewer for best results. 
  • Flash-chilled Iced Tea: To make 1 L/1 QT, put 12 slightly heaping teaspoons of loose tea into a teapot. Pour 1¼ cups/315ml of boiling water over tea. Steep 5-10 minutes. Fill a serving pitcher full with ice. Pour strained tea over ice. Use Takeya Iced Tea Brewer for best results!
